Worldwide Transports Alliance, established in January 2023 in Philadelphia Pennsylvania by Caroline Riddick is a company designed to provide transport services and solutions. What started as an observation for the need of freight, logistics and transport services became a desire to provide assistance and support. As an African American woman who is sole owner and CEO, Caroline is an individual who is committed to helping to fulfill the needs of clients while making a difference in the transport industry and in the community, the aim is for solutions to be commonplace.

Our mission is to provide efficient, reliable, safe, clean and consistent service to our clients and to be a pioneering source provider for the delivery of freight, cargo, products and goods. We will continuously seek ways to be the answer to our clients’ needs and operational challenges in addition to providing a customer service experience that ensures confidence and trust in our services.
– COMPANY OUTREACH –
As part of our strategy for outreach and provision, we will host a webinar for selected business student entrepreneurs who have an interest in the transportation industry and we will provide five (5) scholarships to students attending an HBCU majoring in the creative/performing arts and/or a Business program.

Caroline Riddick OWNER/CEO
CAROLINE “Carol” RIDDICK, Owner/CEO, is a renaissance woman who was born into a family of entrepreneurs, it’s only natural that her journey would include the same. With commerce at the root of the Riddick family businesses and an interest in helping others, Carol eventually found her way to transport and logistics solutions.
As a little girl, Carol was fascinated with her Uncle Charlie who was a construction worker. She admired his love for his job and how infectious his happiness was when he’d bring his tractor trailer home. He loved to build and be able to provide for others and she wanted one day to do the same; there is no greater satisfaction than to be of service, especially in a time of need.
Recognizing that her strength was not in construction, yet identifying the desire to provide but in the form of products, services and goods, Carol catered to her own strengths; being no stranger to hard work, having unwavering dedication to a cause and being an advocate for the under-served; and thus Worldwide Transports Alliance was formed.
